Refund approach
Refund eligibility depends on the project stage, work completed, third-party costs, and written agreement. Fees for completed discovery, strategy, design, development, or setup work may be non-refundable once delivered.
Cancellations
Clients may request cancellation in writing. CloudBridge Consulting may invoice for completed work, committed resources, approved milestones, or non-refundable third-party costs.
Milestone billing
For milestone projects, each milestone should be reviewed and approved according to the written project agreement. Later changes may require a new quote.
Support plans
Monthly support plans may be cancelled according to the written support agreement. Work already completed during the billing period may remain billable.
